Blair Vineyards and Hendrick’s Farm and Dairy will pair wine and cheese and discuss with guest why each cheese and wine were chosen. Samples will be given out of 6 wines (3 red and 3 white) and 6 different cheeses.

BEER AND CHOCOLATE PAIRING: 3:45 PM-4:30 PM

 
New Holland Brewing Company and Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier will pair beer and chocolate and facilitate a discussion with guests. 6 samples of chocolates and 6 beers will be given out to guests.
