It’s easy to organize a team & bowl!

 

Teams can be 4 to 6 bowlers.  Individuals are encouraged to sign up, too. 

Fill out the information below and return it by February 22, 2009.

 

Complete the attached sponsorship sheet and bring it, with the sponsorship money

to the bowling alley on Sunday, March 1, 2009.

 

· $50 Minimum in Sponsorship (per Bowler)

· $100 minimum to receive T-Shirt and be eligible for prizes
